Injury Abstracted: Day 34 (Black Hairs)

We are all living in the crazy pandemic world that the Corona virus has wrought. I, too, was knocked off my feet by a skiing accident in February 2020. True for both events, recovery has been long, difficult, and ongoing. These afflictions will leave permanent scars, both on my leg and in our society, altering our gaits - impacting my walking, and changing our communal interactions.  We are all hobbled in our current situation, and yet we continue to move forward, past the catastrophe, towards healing. Through abstraction, I offer a grotesque view of my personal journey.
