Venue Rental

For an event space with a distinctive artistic vibe and practical amenities, Artworks Center for Contemporary Art is here for you!

Rent our North Gallery featuring colorful exhibitions of contemporary art in a spacious, single room layout (1300sf).

Basic Space Rental: $75/hour

Self-setup using our tables and chairs. Any materials (audio-visual, food, etc.) required for the meeting are the responsibility of the renter.

An ACCA staff or volunteer will be on site to ensure our house rules (see below).

Full Event Rental: $100/hour, minimum 3-hour rental. All Full Event rentals must include 30 minutes each for setup/cleanup.

Half day (5 hours that includes setup/cleanup) = $500

Full day (9 hours that includes setup/cleanup) = $900

Available amenities: projector, microphone, overhead music, setup and takedown of tables (4) and chairs (25). Add-ons specific to ACCA are available.

Reservation Requirements:

50% deposit and signed agreement if booking is 2 or more weeks in advance. Remaining amount due 2 weeks before the event.
100% rental amount and signed agreement if booking is made less than 2 weeks before the event.
Non-profit organizations: 20% discount (proof of non-profit status is required)

Cancellation Policy

Up to 1 month ahead: Full refund

Up to 2 weeks ahead: 50% refund

Less than 2 weeks ahead: No refund

If canceled by ACCA at any time: Full refund

Capacity for the North Gallery space is 75 people and will be strictly enforced.
The building is a secure space. An ACCA staff or volunteer member(s) will be scheduled as monitor during your event.
Catering and/or food is allowed. Food leftovers must be removed from the premises immediately following the meeting.
Alcohol usage requires a City of Loveland permit and must be discussed at the time of your reservation.
Smoking and/or open flames are prohibited.
Renters must leave the facility clean and respect the artwork on display.
Groups which prohibit membership based upon reasons of race, color, religion, political affiliations or physical disability are prohibited from renting at ACCA.
Permission to hold an event does not constitute ACCA endorsement of the activities occurring during the scheduled time of use.
