Burning Bush

$450.00
sold out

Debra Disman

Artists' Book/Sculpture

7.5" x 11" x 5.5"

I aim to create work which pushes the body and boundaries of the book into new media and materials, inviting altered ways of viewing the world and how we inhabit it. Related to the body and the corporeal space it creates and inhabits, my work seeks to instigate exploration, investigation and examination of what we think we know about our world and ourselves from the inside out. “Burning Bush” examines fire from within and without, upon our planet as flames rage across the earth, and within our bodies, souls and minds, all of which we will need to save it.
