Exhibition Opens: Intrigue

April 7, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Artworks Loveland, 310 N. Railroad Avenue
Loveland, CO 80537 United States

Student photo exhibit runs April 7 - 28 in the south gallery. Galleries are open to the public weekdays, 1-4 PM, and by appointment. Since 2003, Artworks studio artist Bob Campagna has taught the annual Gifted and Talented student photography program to middle school students of the Thompson School District. The student exhibit has taken place at Artworks Loveland three times since the start of the program. The workshop began in September, 2016 and concludes April 28. This year, 62 featured artists are represented (5 educators, 57 students). For this exhibit, photographs were taken over a wide geographic range to include Loveland, Berthoud, Boulder, Lyons, Hygiene, Fort Collins, Masonville, Nederland and Longmont. Students were asked to make photographs which capture their curiosities and their passion. Featured schools include: Bill Reed, Conrad Ball, High Plains, Lucile Erwin, Turner, and Walt Clark Middle Schools.
